Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager

What you'll do

• Execute XRPL ecosystem growth strategy, adapting to local regulatory and market conditions.
• Source, evaluate, and support high-quality startups building on XRPL from ideation to mainnet deployment.
• Manage relationships with strategic partners including accelerators, VCs, and fintech service providers.
• Build top-of-funnel pipelines through targeted programs, grants, and direct outreach initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory developments and their impact on tokenization and digital asset adoption.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years experience in venture capital, fintech/TradFi growth, or ecosystem partnerships.
• Proven track record in deal structuring and execution with early-stage teams or strategic partners.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and regional business cultures.
• Technical knowledge to engage product and infrastructure teams on feasibility assessments.
• Strong relationship-building skills for complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships.
• Data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing ecosystem growth initiatives.
• Clear communication skills to build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
