Manage resource allocation and budget discipline for production engineering projects and initiatives.
Lead technical decision-making regarding manufacturability, process stability, and output across multiple modules.
Mentor and develop a talent pipeline of Technical Leads, Architects, and senior engineers.
Drive the adoption of structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies within the department.
Align priorities between production, planning, quality, and R&D to improve handoff processes.

Champion data-driven decision-making by managing and utilizing performance dashboards.
What we're looking for
Bachelor or Master of Science degree in a technical domain such as mechanical, electrical, optical, chemical, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or physics.
8 years of relevant work experience for candidates with a Bachelor's degree.
6 years of relevant work experience for candidates with a Master's degree.
At least 4 years of experience managing direct or indirect reports.
Expert-level knowledge in technical fields such as quality or manufacturing engineering.
Experience leading a team of matrixed individuals.
Legal authorization to access controlled technology as defined in the Export Administration Regulations.
Proven ability to lead large, complex teams and influence cross-sector strategies.
