NTP Field Applications Engineer

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot lithography issues related to ASML product portfolio and performance enhancement options.
• Analyze experimental data to identify root causes and provide technical recommendations for customer improvements.
• Lead High NA and Bonding NTP projects to support customers transitioning to new technology nodes.
• Translate customer on-product problems into specific lithography or metrology problem statements.
• Identify and propose opportunities for ASML application products to improve customer process set-ups.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations to communicate findings and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Master the ASML metrology product portfolio to maximize equipment usage for customer benefit.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting photolithography systems, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, or related advanced technology platforms.
• Minimum 3 years of experience performing technical data analysis using tools like MATLAB, Python, JMP, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to analyze complex technical data to identify trends and root causes for technical stakeholders.
• Experience troubleshooting complex process, equipment, or applications-related challenges in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
• Specific vision abilities including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception are required.
