What you'll do

Develop new manufacturing lines from concept to production for actuators.
Drive development of innovative manufacturing processes to improve battery performance and cost.
Plan and execute DoEs to optimize process parameters for manufacturability and quality.
Manage installation, qualification, and ramp-up of development lines for new products.
Generate machine specifications and documentation for automated manufacturing systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
3+ years of experience developing and launching manufacturing assembly lines with actuators/drive systems.
At least 1 year of focused experience on electric motors or electromechanical actuators.
Proficiency in CAD software (NX) for test fixture design and understanding of DFM principles.
Strong sense of urgency and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
