What you'll do

Build and document complex solution approaches that balance technical innovation with customer requirements and risk.
Define and maintain architecture description documents, decisions logs, and requirements traceability matrices.
Identify, categorize, and implement mitigation plans for technical, business, and security risks.
Lead meetings with customers to understand business needs and demonstrate the value of planned solutions.
Drive the development and execution of test plans to ensure all requirements are implemented as expected.
Oversee project governance, quality standards, and build methodologies to ensure successful transition to live operations.
Mentor less experienced colleagues by educating them on technical concepts and sharing best practices.
Coordinate disparate technical approaches into a single plan of action for complex, ambiguous scenarios.

What we're looking for

Must have an active U.S. Government TOP SECRET/SCI Security Clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Minimum 6 years of experience as a network engineer or technical program manager for networks.
Minimum 4 years of experience with architecture, deployment, and operations of Government classified networks.
2+ years of experience with cloud networking implementations with a preferred focus on onboarding customer infrastructure to cloud (preferred).
Experience with L2/L3 switching/routing platforms and protocols including BGP, OSPF, VRRP, and LACP.
CCNP or higher or equivalent professional certification; CompTIA Security+ certification.
