What you'll do

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizen with Public Trust clearance and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Records check
At least 1 year of IT-related support experience, preferably in helpdesk or customer support
Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, networks, and other IT issues
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-quality environment with minimal supervision
Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
