What you'll do

  • Provide Tier 2 support for IT issues involving hardware and software.
  • Install, configure, and maintain network communication devices and servers.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot ITSM (ServiceNow) tickets to ensure quick resolution.
  • Conduct system health checks and restore testing for backups.
  • Deploy new equipment and run cables in data centers and LAN rooms.

What we're looking for

  • U.S. Citizen with at least 1 year of IT-related support experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, and other IT issues
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-quality environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent team skills and attention to detail
  • Must pass Motor Vehicle Records check for occasional travel
  • Comfortable working in a Law Enforcement environment including detention facilities
