What you'll do

Provide Tier 2 support for hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
Install, configure, and maintain network devices and servers.

Conduct new equipment deployments and provide cabling support in data centers.

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizen with Public Trust clearance and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Records check
At least 1 year of IT-related support experience in a helpdesk or customer support role
Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop, network, and other IT issues
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-quality environment with minimal supervision
Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
