The Network Operations Center Associate joins the SVS division within the Technology Operations line of business. In this role, you will monitor and support the corporate production WAN/LAN infrastructure to ensure seamless operations in a 24/7/365 Data Center environment. Your daily responsibilities include monitoring network health using SolarWinds, diagnosing and resolving technical issues to maintain system uptime, and escalating complex problems to engineering. You will interact with internal and external clients to identify incidents and document all resolutions within the ticketing system following Incident Management Procedures. Required skills include troubleshooting, multitasking, and a security-minded approach to network management. Candidates should possess an Associate’s Degree or technical certification, experience with Cisco equipment, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

Associate’s Degree or Technical Certification in Computer Science or related field, or 1-2 years of network operations experience.
Experience with Cisco equipment (preferred).
CCENT Cisco Certification (preferred).
Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
Security-minded approach to network management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
