JOB TITLE: Network Manager The Network Manager leads a general Network Engineering organization responsible for enterprise routing, switching, cloud networking, and security services. What you'll do

  • Lead and develop the Network Engineering team responsible for routing, switching, cloud networking, and security services.
  • Own overall operational delivery, service health, and continuous improvement across the network domain to meet SLAs.
  • Provide people leadership including coaching, performance management, hiring, and career development for technical talent.
  • Champion a forward-thinking technology strategy by evaluating and adopting emerging networking, cloud, and security solutions.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and coordinate on architecture decisions and major incidents.
  • Partner with Program Management and other Service Tower leads to ensure seamless cross-domain integration and service delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with customers and partners during operational reviews and technology roadmap conversations.
  • Drive capacity planning, resource forecasting, and coordination of hardware, software, and cloud investments.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must have 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network engineering and operations.
  • Must have experience in people leadership or technical management overseeing network engineering teams.
  • Must possess a Cisco certification (CCNP/CCIE) or equivalent depth of experience in routing and switching.
  • Must possess a Palo Alto Networks certification (PCNSE/PCSAE or higher) or equivalent deep platform experience.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Cisco routing/switching, AWS, and next-generation firewalls.
