What you'll do

Lead and develop a team responsible for routing, switching, cloud networking, and security services.
Manage overall operational delivery, service health, and the achievement of program milestones and SLAs.
Provide people leadership including coaching, performance management, and career development for technical staff.
Develop and execute a forward-thinking technology strategy to improve network reliability and security.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues across networking and monitoring domains.
Manage stakeholder relationships and represent the team in architecture discussions and change control forums.
Oversee capacity planning, resource forecasting, and investment coordination for hardware, software, and cloud tools.
Drive automation and infrastructure-as-code practices to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.

What we're looking for

Must be a US citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network engineering, operations, and people leadership.
Proficiency in Cisco routing and switching for campus, data center, and WAN technologies.
Experience with cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.
Knowledge of next-generation firewalls (Palo Alto Networks), SASE platforms, and microsegmentation.
Must possess a CCNP/CCIE or equivalent experience, and a PCNSE/PCSAE or equivalent platform experience.
