What you'll do

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of large-scale global network operations and modernization programs.
  • Define and evolve enterprise architecture, strategy, and roadmaps for network capabilities aligned with cybersecurity objectives.
  • Design secure, scalable, and automated solutions for provisioning, monitoring, and operational support.
  • Establish governance frameworks, lifecycle controls, and operational standards for hardware and procedures.
  • Develop architecture artifacts, implementation guidance, and telemetry-driven reporting to ensure consistency and resilience.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-career staff across the program.
  • Manage 24x7 worldwide network operations while transitioning current environments toward modernization goals.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of technical experience.
  • Required certifications include CCIE, Security+, and CISSP.
  • Experience with network modernization, Zero Trust Architecture, NIST frameworks, and Software-Defined Networking (SDN).
  • Experience with enterprise WiFi, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and automation tools like Python or Git.
  • Preferred qualifications include CCDE certification, PMP, and specific Microsoft or AWS certifications.
