The Network Management Delivery Consultant joins the TEL Automation Platform team to provide expert services for optimizing Network Management products. This role involves managing the configuration, deployment, adoption, and analysis of client solutions. What you'll do

  • Optimize client configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of Network Management products.
  • Implement and integrate solutions using products such as Concert, SevOne NPM, and NS1.
  • Support clients in adopting and utilizing Automation and Network Management products to maximize technology investments.
  • Analyze client requirements to develop specific strategies for their Automation and Network Management needs.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and collaborate closely with clients to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Manage cloud computing and orchestration tools including AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud, and Kubernetes.
  • Execute tasks involving Linux, shell scripting, databases, and advanced API paradigms.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle from initial analysis through delivery and disposal.

What we're looking for

  • Master's Degree (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Automation and Network Management products including Concert, SevOne, and NS1.
  • Experience implementing solutions at enterprise and telecom scale and analyzing client needs.
  • Extensive Linux and shell experience including databases and scripting.
  • Advanced knowledge of API paradigms and experience with Cloud Computing and orchestration tools like AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Software Defined Networking (SD-WAN, Cisco ACI) and the full software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development and documentation.
