What you'll do

Monitor network connections and performance to ensure constant availability for users and services.
Proactively identify network risks and perform actions to mitigate potential issues.
Plan, coordinate, and implement network maintenance, installations, and security updates.
Review user requests to establish or resolve issues regarding service access.
Troubleshoot network problems and escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors.
Configure, install, and maintain network devices and software.
Manage dynamic routing protocols including BGP and OSPF.
Configure and maintain S2S/IPSEC tunnels and VLAN configurations.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Must possess DoD 8570 certification at least IAT level II, such as Security+.
Must have a BS in computer science or IT and 4+ years of experience.
Must be comfortable working 24x7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must have experience monitoring network performance, security, and availability.
Must have experience configuring switches, routers, and conducting VLAN configurations.
Must have experience with dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and configuring 802.1x.
Must have prior experience troubleshooting S2S/IPSEC tunnels.
Prior experience with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners (preferred).
TS/SCI w/CI Poly (preferred).
Preferred AWS Cloud service experience (preferred).
Experience with Palo Alto devices (preferred).
