What you'll do

Monitor network connections and performance to ensure constant availability for user access and services.
Proactively identify network risks and execute actions to mitigate potential issues.
Plan, coordinate, and implement network maintenance, installations, and security measures.
Review and process user requests to establish or resolve service access issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve network problems while escalating complex cases to senior engineers or vendors.
Configure, install, and maintain various network devices and software components.
Manage S2S/IPSEC tunnels, VLAN configurations, and dynamic routing protocols like BGP and OSPF.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Must possess a DoD 8570 certification at least IAT level II, such as Security+.
A BS in computer science or IT is required, though additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Must have 2+ years of experience.
Experience monitoring network performance, security, and availability.
Experience configuring switches, routers, and performing VLAN configurations.
Experience with dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and troubleshooting S2S/IPSEC tunnels.
Preferred: TS/SCI with CI Poly, AWS Cloud service experience, Palo Alto device experience, and DISA support experience.
