Mobility Technical Program Manager

What you'll do

• Align test strategies and timelines with real customer requirements and service level agreements.
• Manage the mechanics of complex, hardware-intensive testing operations across land, maritime, and aviation segments.
• Track progress against network performance targets and manage cross-segment test schedules and dependencies.
• Drive the readiness of physical testbeds including vans, vessels, aircraft, and their associated hardware infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external vendors to align test coverage with software release cycles.
• Identify risks and open items while driving mitigation plans to closure.
• Define and report data-backed metrics to leadership to demonstrate that verification is on track.

What we're looking for

• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience working on programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience building measures and metrics and developing reporting solutions.
• Experience coordinating across engineering and business teams while managing technical dependencies, schedules, and risks.
• Ability to translate raw thoughts into clear technical documentation or direction (preferred).
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum for export control compliance.
