As an ML/AI Engineer – Senior Managing Consultant within IBM Consulting, you will serve as a hands-on technical driver responsible for building high-risk components of machine learning solutions. You will translate ambiguous business needs into actionable technical requirements, designing and implementing systems that utilize specific features and algorithms to solve complex problems. Your daily work involves leading a small team of two to four people, setting rigorous standards for code quality, testing, and reproducibility while actively contributing to the codebase. The role requires expertise in advanced ML/AI methods, agentic AI, modern LLMs, prompt engineering, and MLOps infrastructure.
