What you'll do

  • Develop and program integrated software algorithms for product and systems applications in structured and unstructured environments.
  • Apply machine language and statistical modeling techniques to improve product performance, quality, and data accuracy.
  • Conduct rigorous validation and identify logical flaws using sound machine learning practices to ensure post-deployment integrity.
  • Translate algorithms and technical specifications into production code using current programming languages and technologies.
  • Design and implement methods for adaptive learning, model validation, and A/B testing.
  • Develop methods for explaining model decisions to ensure transparency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize Generative AI tools and emerging technologies to support everyday work and development.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years with an Advanced Degree, 2+ years with a PhD, or 11+ years of experience.
  • Preferred: experience with a Bachelor's Degree, with an Advanced Degree, or with a PhD.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Statistics, or a highly quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Data Mining, and Statistical or other mathematical analysis.
  • Ability to program in scripting languages like Perl or Python and programming languages like Java, C++, or C#.
  • Experience with statistical tools such as SAS, R, KNIME, or Matlab.
  • Experience in developing algorithms for structured and unstructured data, applying statistical modeling, and performing A/B testing (preferred).
  • Deep learning experience with TensorFlow is a plus (preferred).
