Senior Machine Learning Engineer

What you'll do

• Architect and translate marketplace challenges into high-throughput, large-scale ML solutions for delivery zone optimization.
• Develop, evaluate, and refine ML models to optimize merchant delivery coverage and fulfillment efficiency.
• Engineer and operate scalable ML inference pipelines, feature stores, and automated retraining workflows.
• Lead data-driven investigations to diagnose marketplace inefficiencies and execute online A/B testing.
• Use telemetry and data analysis to drive core business metrics across the delivery marketplace.
• Define cross-platform ML standards and align technical roadmaps with Product and Infrastructure teams.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience designing, training, and operating production ML models at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and mainstream machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Solid theoretical foundation in classic and modern ML algorithms, including gradient-boosted trees, deep neural networks, and statistical modeling.
• Proven record of taking complex ML systems end-to-end from initial problem formulation to large-scale production deployment.
• Practical experience developing automated feature engineering pipelines, using feature stores, model monitoring platforms, and executing online A/B testing.
• PhD candidate (preferred).
• 3+ years of industry experience (preferred).
• Experience with geospatial libraries, Graph Neural Networks, distributed data processing systems, or two-sided marketplace optimization (preferred).
