Mission Analytics Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and maintain data systems to ingest and transform structured, semistructured, and unstructured data into actionable insights.
• Develop robust, secure, and extensible data models based on requirements gathered from internal stakeholders.
• Build high-quality, low-latency data ingestion pipelines for downstream products and operational workflows.
• Create reusable entities, dashboards, and metrics to drive faster decision-making for leadership and operations teams.
• Deliver analytics solutions specifically designed for use in network-isolated and classified environments.
• Perform root cause analysis on complex systems to ensure high data quality and system reliability.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to enable end-users to self-serve using the established data architecture.
• Travel to build, test, and deploy mission-critical analytics capabilities in real-world scenarios.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3+ years of experience in an analytics-focused or data-oriented role.
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen or permanent resident) capable of obtaining/maintaining a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Ability to work with multiple programming languages and frameworks within the company's technology ecosystem.
• Experience developing data solutions in cloud environments.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address ambiguous and dynamic data problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an aptitude for technical documentation.
• U.S. citizen.
