Lead the development and execution of workforce analytics and business intelligence strategies to support enterprise objectives.
Translate complex workforce and operational data into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to measure program success and community impact.
Serve as the business owner for the workforce data ecosystem, ensuring data quality, governance, and integrity across platforms.
Build and maintain a data vault to support longitudinal workforce analysis, trend forecasting, and predictive modeling.
Design and maintain enterprise reporting frameworks using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency through AI-enabled tools.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to lead projects from concept through implementation to deliver measurable business value.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Strategy, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise data initiatives, business intelligence projects, and reporting transformation efforts.
Advanced experience utilizing Power BI, Tableau, or related visualization and reporting platforms.
Strong SQL expertise, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and data management.
Experience working with large datasets, data governance frameworks, and data quality programs.
Proven ability to communicate complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience within workforce analytics, talent management, healthcare, retail, or large enterprise environments (preferred).
