What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and support scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from multiple enterprise sources.
  • Apply statistical and predictive methods to identify patterns and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise reporting solutions and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies while establishing quality controls and conducting regular data audits.
  • Support data governance initiatives including metadata management, data lineage, and data quality practices.
  • Lead complex analytics initiatives and provide technical leadership and mentorship to less-experienced team members.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, cloud data platforms, and DataOps practices to modernize analytics.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related analytics role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex analytical initiatives and communicating findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale relational and analytical databases (preferred).
  • Experience with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools (preferred).
  • Strong Python programming skills and experience with relevant data-analysis libraries (preferred).
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data architectures (preferred).
  • Experience with cloud analytics and data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (preferred).
