As an MES Analyst, you will join the team responsible for the development, design, implementation, testing, and delivery of Flexflow solutions. Your daily responsibilities involve gathering requirements from customers and business teams to map out solutions, customizing Flexflow to support new projects or site efficiency enhancements, and standardizing procedures through playbooks. You will also manage system integrations with Baan ERP, test equipment, and external customer systems while providing L2/L3 incident support and root cause analysis. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong programming skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and experience with MES design. The required technical toolkit includes a strong command of SQL, MSSQL, and .NET, along with knowledge of systems integration protocols. You will translate complex business requirements into functional specifications to improve manufacturing productivity and quality.
