What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of mechanical engineers supporting the Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health portfolios.
  • Establish team priorities, allocate resources, and drive execution across multiple concurrent engineering initiatives.
  • Direct complex technical investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues and manage manufacturing support.
  • Oversee design changes and product modifications through established design control and change management processes.
  • Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and technical decision-making to ensure product safety.
  • Manage supplier-related investigations, qualification activities, and manufacturing issue resolutions.
  • Monitor team performance, resource utilization, and workload planning while developing internal technical capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in people leadership or leading technical teams and complex engineering projects.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry utilizing formal design control processes.
  • Experience leading technical investigations and driving cross-functional issue resolution.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders while supporting business and operational objectives.
  • Engineering experience in product development, mechanical design, sustaining engineering, manufacturing engineering, or released product support.
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • Work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
