As a Master Scheduler, Air Dominance & Strike, you will join the Air Dominance and Strike Division to manage complex development programs for collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and autonomous weapon software. You will utilize Microsoft Project, Critical Path Methodology, JIRA, and Confluence while applying Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) knowledge. The role requires expertise in government acquisition processes like SDRLs and CDRLs to ensure compliance for large development programs within the defense technology sector.

What you'll do

Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for strategic programs.
Create and maintain a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based on project inputs.
Resource-load the IMS and provide regular status updates to internal leadership and external customers.
Identify schedule risks or delays and develop documented corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Coordinate with Program Managers and Engineering Leads to define tasks, subtasks, and program scope.
Evaluate project performance by preparing progress reports based on schedule and cost performance data.
Manage the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) in coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Document all project scheduling processes and maintain accurate records for compliance.

What we're looking for

Experience with Microsoft Project (MPP) and Critical Path Methodology (CPM).
Familiarity with government acquisition and reporting processes such as SDRLs and CDRLs.
Certification as a PMI scheduling professional (PMI-SP).
Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
Experience with JIRA or Confluence.
Ability to create and deliver presentations to key leadership and customers.
Current Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.
