Master Network Architect, Manufacturing

What you'll do

• Develop and govern OT network architectures for manufacturing technologies including PLCs, SCADA, and Industrial IoT environments.
• Design secure, high-availability, and low-latency network solutions featuring IT/OT segmentation and boundary protection.
• Establish long-term network architecture roadmaps across manufacturing plants, data centers, and cloud environments.
• Create architectural standards, reference designs, and best practices to ensure scalable and consistent network operations.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to implement Zero Trust-aligned architectures and mitigate technical debt.
• Manage network infrastructure for cloud, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud environments including remote access and data flows.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as SD-WAN, SASE, and network automation into manufacturing operations.
• Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex networking issues and provide direction to vendors and engineers.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall IS/IT experience.
• 6+ years of experience in an architect role.
• 10+ years of experience with Cisco networking technologies including routing, switching, wireless, and network security.
• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Cisco DNA Center (DNAC).
• Deep knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture, DNS, DHCP, load balancing, and network resiliency concepts.
• Hands-on experience with cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and hybrid models.
