Master Network Architect, Manufacturing

What you'll do

• Develop and govern OT network architectures for manufacturing technologies including PLCs, SCADA, and Industrial IoT.
• Design secure, low-latency network solutions with specific IT/OT segmentation and boundary protection strategies.
• Own the long-term network architecture strategy and roadmap for manufacturing plants, data centers, and cloud environments.
• Establish architectural standards, reference designs, and best practices to ensure scalability and operational excellence.
• Lead architecture reviews to ensure network solutions align with cybersecurity requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Implement Zero Trust-aligned network architectures and protection strategies to secure production environments.
• Manage network architecture for cloud, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud environments including remote access and data flows.
• Evaluate and guide the adoption of emerging technologies like SD-WAN, SASE, and network automation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall IS/IT experience.
• 6+ years of experience in an architect role.
• 10+ years of experience with Cisco networking technologies, including routing, switching, wireless, and network security.
• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Cisco DNA Center (DNAC).
• Hands-on experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, hybrid models), Cisco firewalls, network segmentation, and secure remote access.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN, SASE, network automation, and network observability technologies.
