The Master Data Management & Vendor Success Leader joins the Operations division within the Corpay Payables Data & Analytics line of business. This role is responsible for the strategy, governance, and quality of master data supporting business operations while overseeing the daily execution of the Vendor Success team. The leader will manage teams to ensure critical data remains accurate and accessible for analytics and AI use cases. Key responsibilities include developing MDM roadmaps, establishing data stewardship models, and managing vendor-related processes like payment-file reviews and partner enablement. Required skills include expertise in data profiling, cleansing, and deduplication using SQL or Python. The role requires experience with platforms like Informatica, Reltio, or Azure to solve complex problems within the high-volume transaction environment of fintech and payables operations.
Define and execute the master data management strategy, roadmap, and operating model for Corpay Payables.
Lead, mentor, and develop the MDM team to ensure high performance and a culture of ownership.
Oversee daily operations of the Vendor Success team, including partner management, client enablement, and reporting.
Establish enterprise data governance standards, policies, and stewardship models across all business domains.
Investigate complex data issues and root causes to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and fit for purpose.
Manage large-scale data quality initiatives including profiling, cleansing, deduplication, and entity resolution.
Develop executive-level reporting on MDM performance, data health, and operational outcomes.
Oversee the selection and optimization of MDM technologies and integration with enterprise platforms.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of progressive experience in Master Data Management, data governance, data quality, data engineering, or enterprise data strategy.
Significant leadership and people-management experience for developing and leading high-performing data teams.
Experience leading operational teams responsible for partner management, client support, reporting, escalations, and process improvement.
Demonstrated experience leading, scaling, or advancing an enterprise MDM or data-governance program.
Proficiency in SQL or comparable query techniques to investigate and validate enterprise data.
Experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, Reltio) and modern cloud/data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Familiarity with Python for data profiling and understanding of AI/ML requirements for high-quality metadata and governance.
