What you'll do

  • Develop advanced analytical solutions for complex business problems using structured and unstructured data.
  • Break down ambiguous business problems into manageable data science tasks and modeling approaches.
  • Create and execute data-driven solutions from initial concept to fully tested production.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive modeling.
  • Provide expert consultation and actionable recommendations to senior management and business partners.
  • Communicate complex technical results and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Mentor less senior staff members on technical and analytical projects.

What we're looking for

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • PhD degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (alternate requirement).
  • 4 years of work experience in a quantitative or technical role in a relevant field.
  • 1 year of work experience in a quantitative or technical role in a relevant field (alternate requirement).
  • Experience or coursework in analytical/modeling languages (Python, R, SAS, or SQL) and data visualization tools (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience or coursework in analytical/modeling languages (Python, R, SAS, or SQL) and data visualization tools (alternate requirement).
  • Subject matter expertise in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive modeling and advanced statistical analysis.
  • Ability to live within a 50-mile radius of Collierville, TN for a hybrid work arrangement.
