What you'll do

Lead and mentor a team of Technical Platform Owners and Solution Architects to foster technical excellence.
Define and govern the enterprise-wide architecture for Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Development systems.
Translate high-level business goals into actionable, scalable technical designs for software engineering teams.
Design digital solutions for diverse manufacturing environments including API production and sterile fill-finish operations.
Evaluate emerging Industry 4.0 technologies and benchmark the company's technology stack against industry peers.
Conduct risk assessments and design reviews to ensure project resilience and business continuity.
Manage relationships with global software vendors and system integrators to align product roadmaps with corporate goals.
Ensure all architectural designs comply with GxP standards and international regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field with 10 years experience; Master’s/PharmD with 9 years; or PhD with 5 years.
Experience in the biopharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare manufacturing industries (preferred).
Deep knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks like TOGAF and ISA-95/ISA-88 standards.
Familiarity with MES, LIMS, SCADA, PLCs, Data Historians, Serialization, PLM, and SAP ERP integration.
Experience managing technology lifecycles, performing TCO analyses, and leading greenfield and brownfield transitions.
Proven experience leading or influencing teams of technical professionals including architects and developers.
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated history of delivering innovative digital solutions that improve manufacturing throughput or quality compliance.
