System Architect Electronic Product Development

What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of electronic architectures for locating, marking, and sensor systems.
• Design analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits including signal conditioning and data acquisition front ends.
• Develop power electronics and distribution circuits such as motor-drive, DC-DC, and protection circuitry.
• Integrate embedded processors, microcontrollers, connectivity modules, and industrial I/O into board-level designs.
• Select electronic components while balancing performance, cost, availability, and manufacturability.
• Ensure hardware meets EMC/EMI standards and complies with regulatory certifications like CE, UL, and FCC.
• Drive product feasibility studies, prototyping, and engineering verification activities to move designs into production.
• Generate intellectual property positions including invention submissions and patent filings.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of experience developing electronic hardware product architectures.
• 7 years of experience designing electronic hardware from concept through prototype and production.
• 7 years of experience with analog, digital, and/or power circuit design.
• Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
• 5 years of experience with RF and HF circuit design (preferred).
• 5 years of experience with power electronics, motor-drive, or servo-drive circuit design (preferred).
• 5 years of experience with mixed-signal design, sensor interfaces, signal conditioning, high-speed digital design, and EMC/EMI compliance (preferred).
