System Architect, Electronic Product Development

What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of next-generation electronic locating and marking system architectures.
• Design analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits including sensor signal conditioning and data-acquisition front ends.
• Design power electronics and power-distribution circuits including motor-drive, DC-DC, and protection circuitry.
• Integrate embedded processors, microcontrollers, connectivity, and industrial I/O into board-level designs.
• Select and specify electronic components while balancing performance, cost, availability, and manufacturability.
• Design for electromagnetic compatibility, signal integrity, and power integrity to support regulatory compliance.
• Drive product architecture, feasibility studies, prototyping, and engineering verification activities.
• Generate intellectual property positions including invention submissions, patents, and trade secrets.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science completed and verified prior to start from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of experience in developing electronic hardware product architectures.
• 7 years of experience designing electronic hardware from concept through prototype and production.
• 7 years of experience with analog, digital, and/or power circuit design.
• Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline (preferred).
• 5 years of experience with RF and HF circuit design (preferred).
• 5 years of experience with power electronics, motor-drive or servo-drive circuit design (preferred).
• 5 years of experience with mixed-signal design, sensor interfaces, and signal conditioning (preferred).
