What you'll do

  • Optimize manufacturing performance and product delivery through technical problem-solving and process improvements.
  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes, methods, and tooling.
  • Support production readiness, capacity planning, and process validation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Analyze production data to identify yield, quality, and efficiency improvements.
  • Manage the introduction of new products and technologies into manufacturing environments.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and data-driven tools for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Department of Defense secret security clearance is preferred (preferred).
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 (3.6 preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High motivation, initiative, and interest in manufacturing systems and operational excellence.
