What you'll do

  • Support production planning, scheduling, and capacity alignment activities.
  • Analyze and optimize supply chain performance including inventory and material flow.
  • Assist with procurement, supplier coordination, and purchase order management.
  • Develop forecasts, demand planning inputs, and supply risk assessments.
  • Use data analytics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support logistics and distribution planning to improve delivery performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and data-driven tools for operational improvements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance preferred at time of hire.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 (3.6 preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High motivation, initiative, and interest in supply chain systems, operations, and business analytics.
