What you'll do

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for RF electronic assemblies from prototyping through full production.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including assembly instructions, workflow routing, and tool designs.
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical and RF issues on the production line using root cause analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to improve yield and reduce cycle time.
  • Provide feedback to design engineers regarding manufacturability, component selection, and assembly constraints.
  • Develop and validate test procedures and fixtures for electronic products and RF systems.
  • Support new product introductions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate time to market.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • 3+ years of engineering experience in an electronics or RF hardware production environment.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies including SMT, soldering (J-STD-001), and board-level integration.
  • Proficiency using test equipment such as network analyzers, signal/spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
  • Familiarity with RF Test Software like Keysight IO library suite, NIMAX, or equivalent.
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, schematics, and RF-specific specifications.
  • Experience applying root cause/corrective action (RCCA) methodologies to solve manufacturing issues.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.
