Manager, Technical Project / Program Management

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of engineers responsible for Mayan automation programs across SPG business units.
• Own end-to-end execution of Mayan automation for installation and warranty programs from problem identification to deployment.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify installation pain points, warranty drivers, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee the development and continuous improvement of test plans, Mayan scripts, diagnostics, and troubleshooting workflows.
• Drive test automation, modularization, and standardization of testing, execution, and reporting.
• Scale SmartStart automation initiatives to improve installation consistency, quality, and cycle time.
• Develop and manage end-to-end program plans including scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables.
• Define, track, and report KPIs such as install efficiency, defect escapes, and warranty cost trends.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in technical program management, manufacturing, installation, or field support.
• Experience in semiconductor or capital equipment (preferred).
• Experience leading cross-functional and matrixed teams.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor capital equipment systems including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process subsystems.
• Experience with system installation, testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and operational systems such as SAP, iOMS, Smart Factory, Mayan, or equivalent platforms.
• Willingness to travel 10–30%, including international travel.
