Manager, Tech Risk & Analysis, International and Regulatory Risk

What you'll do

• Design and manage a centralized process for international technology, information security, and data risk advisory requests.
• Participate in country risk assessments to advise on technology and data solutions for specific jurisdictions.
• Act as the primary liaison between TDRM and Legal, Compliance, and other risk organizations to ensure a unified international perspective.
• Coordinate subject matter experts to develop international risk assessments for country-level technology and cyber risk decisions.
• Oversee risk advisory and challenge first-line partners on remediation plans for audit findings and regulatory issues.
• Maintain a standardized library of responses to technology, information security, and data audit and regulatory questions.
• Support the development of responses to regulatory inquiries, exams, and independent audits across multiple jurisdictions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, technology auditing, systems risk management, technology risk assessments, resilience engineering, chaos engineering, or site reliability engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a second-line or oversight role at a financial institution or regulatory agency (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience working in cybersecurity, technology, or risk management with international scope (preferred).
• Professional Security Certification or Professional Risk Management Certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of or experience with agile methodology and tools like Jira or Confluence (preferred).
• Knowledge of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF) (preferred).
• Knowledge of payment networks or international technology, information security, or data management risk at a financial institution (preferred).
