Manager, Tech Risk & Analysis

What you'll do

• Perform process-based assessments to identify and evaluate risks across cyber, cloud, network, and data management functions.
• Act as a risk advisor to provide critical thinking and technical expertise during assessment cycles.
• Research emerging trends in the regulatory environment to identify and mitigate evolving risks.
• Lead stakeholder interactions to facilitate risk management assessments and ensure project deliverables are met.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects by prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Deliver risk assessment outcomes to senior leadership to influence executive decision-making.
• Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency and internal process improvements across various teams.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, auditing, risk management, resilience engineering, site reliability engineering, or a combination thereof.
• Experience with regulatory practices, AWS cloud, machine learning, AI data management, and incident response (preferred).
• Experience in process development, documentation, improvement, and controls management (preferred).
• Hold one or more security, technology, or risk certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CRISC, or CISSP (preferred).
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• At least 1 year of Financial Services industry experience (preferred).
