Manager, Solutions Architecture, Retail

What you'll do

• Lead and grow the Retail Industry team of Solutions Architects to drive NVIDIA technology adoption.
• Develop overall industry strategy and align the team to support large-scale Edge, Datacenter, and Cloud deployments.
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach Solutions Architects on technical skills and customer training techniques.
• Assist field business development in leading technical relationships with key customers to build creative solutions.
• Work with product engineering teams to ensure NVIDIA products and services meet customer needs.
• Provide hands-on Solutions Architect support for customers when required.
• Drive architecture work and Proof of Concept support for Retail, CPG, and QSR customers.

What we're looking for

• BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of proven experience in technical leadership and people management roles within the technology industry.
• 8+ overall years of work related experience in AI and Machine Learning.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA technologies.
• Outstanding people-management skills to lead by example and cultivate behaviors in others.
• Strong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple complex projects and initiatives.
• Proven success in matrixed organizations diagnosing complex issues and driving alignment across stakeholders.
• Industry background in Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, or Quick Service Restaurants (preferred).
• GPU development, Deep Learning, and/or AI experience (preferred).
• In-depth software development or data science experience (preferred).
• Accelerated computing hardware and networking experience (preferred).
