What you'll do

Lead the engineering team in developing integrations for core provider APIs, check ordering, and ACH transfers.

Design and review system architectures to ensure high standards for quality, maintainability, and scalability.

Partner with Product Management to translate complex requirements into practical technical plans and delivery sequences.
Monitor platform health and reliability to guide the team's technical investment decisions.

What we're looking for

8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong hands-on technical foundation.
2+ years of experience in a technology leadership role with a track record of building and leading strong teams.
Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Python, API development, event-driven systems, and relational databases like Postgres.
Strong system design and architecture skills with the ability to communicate technical tradeoffs clearly.
Experience building backend services and APIs with a solid understanding of REST APIs and microservice-style architectures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate product requirements into clear technical plans.
Ability to lead through the work by mentoring engineers, reviewing code, and contributing production-grade code.
Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
