  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team for system reliability improvements.
  • Act as technical leader in customer and regulatory escalations for compliance scenarios.

What we're looking for

  • Experienced engineering leader with 8+ years of hands-on development and 3+ years in senior management.
  • Deep expertise in backend systems architecture, performance optimization, and design trade-offs.
  • Proven track record in AI/ML integration to enhance automation and reduce manual reviews.
  • Strong operational skills including incident management, blameless post-mortems, and system reliability.
  • Comfortable engaging with enterprise customers and regulators on complex compliance issues.
  • Extensive knowledge of AML/BSA regulations and KYC/KYB processes in financial services.
