What we're looking for
Minimum 8 years of software engineering management experience
Deep expertise in Java/J2EE and cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Proven leadership in recruiting and managing technical teams across various disciplines
Strong background in Agile development methodologies and project management
Extensive knowledge of software delivery lifecycle for web, mobile, and backend services
Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
