What we're looking for
5+ years of professional software development experience
4+ years of experience managing or leading software engineering teams
Strong understanding of modern software development practices and architecture
Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Proven ability to deliver complex software projects at scale
Hands-on experience with C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools
