What you'll do

Operate an agile-based SDLC for project teams consisting of development and business resources.
Coach and mentor development and business managers on agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain process documentation and ensure teams practice core agile principles like collaboration and accountability.
Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product and Sprint Backlogs.
Identify and remove impediments while preventing distractions that interfere with sprint goals.
Facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and empower teams to self-organize for increased productivity.
Manage project plans and schedules to ensure completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters.
Adapt project plans, resource forecasting, and schedules to respond to emerging requirements and risks.

What we're looking for

6-10+ years of work experience.
2-5 years of experience as an RTE, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Project/Program Manager.
Aptitude for problem solving and decision making.
Aptitude for collaboration, communication, and teamwork.
Aptitude for growth mindset, execution, and delivery skills.
Scrum Master Certification (preferred).
Project Management Certification (preferred).
Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification (preferred).
