The Manager, Risk Management - AI Transformation joins the Global Risk Management organization to lead the transition from manually intensive processes to an AI-native operating model. In this role, you will partner with compliance, financial crime, security, and financial risk owners to reimagine workflows using intelligent agents. You will lead workshops to define future-state visions, develop reusable modular primitives, and drive the adoption of AI applications while ensuring safety through risk-management frameworks and human-in-the-loop oversight. Key responsibilities include managing the transformation portfolio, coordinating with central AI teams, and translating domain needs into solution designs. You must possess expertise in business process transformation, operational excellence, and generative AI concepts. The work focuses on decoupling business growth from headcount within a regulated financial environment.
Lead workshops with process owners to reimagine manual workflows into AI-native "future state" visions.
Drive the transition from traditional processes to models where intelligent agents run core workflows end-to-end.
Develop a portfolio of reusable AI primitives and modular capabilities to scale across the organization.
Champion the AI Risk Management framework to ensure all AI developments are safe, auditable, and controlled.
Manage the full lifecycle of pivotal AI applications from scoping and requirements through testing and launch.
Coordinate with central AI teams to align on shared platforms, standards, and enterprise-wide transformation goals.
Own and report on the AI transformation roadmap, including progress tracking, measurable impact, and blockers.
Prepare executive updates and materials for risk committees to align the roadmap with corporate priorities.
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in business process transformation, operational excellence, management consulting, product/program management, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to reimagine and optimize complex business processes and drive the required organizational change and mindset shifts.
Strong working fluency with modern AI, including generative AI and agentic/AI-native concepts, to solve real business problems.
Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end-to-end from vision and scoping through delivery and measurable outcomes.
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills to lead workshops and build alignment across diverse teams.
Exposure to risk management, compliance, financial crime, security, or other regulated, control-oriented domains.
Strong program and portfolio management skills to track concurrent initiatives, manage dependencies, and report to leadership.
Experience in financial services, fintech, crypto, or regulated environments (preferred).
