Manager, Risk Management - AI Transformation joins the Global Risk Management team to lead the transition from manually intensive processes to an AI-native operating model. This role involves partnering with stakeholders in compliance, financial crime, security, and financial risk to redefine workflows using intelligent agents and reusable capabilities. The manager will facilitate workshops to design future-state visions, manage a portfolio of AI applications, and ensure all developments adhere to risk management frameworks for safety and auditability. Lead workshops with process owners to redesign manual workflows into AI-native operating models.
Translate risk and compliance requirements into technical solution designs and measurable success criteria.
Develop a portfolio of AI applications by managing the lifecycle from scoping and testing to launch.
Establish reusable "primitives" and modular capabilities to ensure scalable, consistent functionality across the organization.
Enforce AI Risk Management frameworks to ensure all automated processes are safe, auditable, and compliant.
Coordinate with central AI teams to align on shared platforms, standards, and enterprise-wide best practices.
Manage the transformation roadmap by tracking progress, identifying blockers, and reporting impact to executive leadership.
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in business process transformation, operational excellence, management consulting, product/program management, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to reimagine and optimize complex business processes while driving organizational change and mindset shifts.
Working fluency with modern AI, including generative AI and agentic concepts, to solve real business problems.
Experience driving cross-functional initiatives from initial vision and scoping through delivery and measurable outcomes.
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills to lead workshops and build alignment across diverse teams.
Exposure to risk management, compliance, financial crime, security, or other regulated domains.
Strong program and portfolio management skills including tracking concurrent initiatives and reporting to leadership.
Experience in financial services, fintech, crypto, or using low-code/no-code tools for AI solutions (preferred); certification in project management or process improvement (preferred).
