What you'll do

  • Operationalize the AI risk management process by creating streamlined, cross-functional workflows across the AI lifecycle.
  • Design and maintain procedures, templates, and automated tools to make risk standards actionable for AI practitioners.
  • Develop and deliver AI risk education and training sessions for both foundational fluency and role-specific needs.
  • Design and implement advanced analytics solutions using statistical, database, and programming languages like SQL and Python.
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities.
  • Build and communicate data visualizations to synthesize project work and provide actionable insights to partners.
  • Manage project execution by developing scopes, risk matrices, and timelines to meet business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted business advisor to internal clients and partners to prioritize and solve complex problems.

What we're looking for

  • Undergraduate studies in statistics, actuarial science, engineering, business science, business administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • Less than three years of related work experience.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics applications and practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Experience with big data, relational databases, and unstructured data technology.
  • Proven experience in project management and executing data or analytic-centric projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate complex requirements into practical guidance.
  • Work authorization.
