What you'll do

Manage all phases of program lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on cost and schedule.
Apply program management tools such as EVMS, IMP, IMS for effective project control.
Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, quality, and test functions to meet technical requirements.
Deliver contractual milestones and program deliverables in compliance with development contracts.
Lead risk and opportunity management processes throughout the program lifecycle.
Ensure scope control and manage changes through formal change management boards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8 years of relevant professional experience or Master’s in STEM with 5 years of experience.
Experience supporting U.S. Government contracts, customers, and technology/R&D programs.
Demonstrated leadership as a Technical Lead, Task Lead, or Project Lead on projects.
Proven ability to apply program management tools like EVMS, IMP, IMS, and risk management processes.
Strong coordination skills across engineering, program management, supply chain, quality, and test functions.
Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required.
US Citizenship is mandatory.
