What you'll do

  • Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of R&D programs.
  • Interface with internal and external customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders including executive management.
  • Identify new business opportunities through strategic planning and proposal development.
  • Cultivate customer relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Lead a cross-functional program team across all phases of the program lifecycle.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field with 8 years of U.S. Government proposal and project management experience; or Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership as a project lead responsible for delivering program tasks, milestones, and contract deliverables.
  • Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required, with ability to obtain SAP clearance post-hire.
  • Experience managing project schedules and tracking milestones in accordance with approved program plans.
  • Expertise in RF microelectronics or related technologies including MMICs, CCAs, MCMs, hybrid microelectronics.
