What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8 years or Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant project/program management experience supporting US Government contracts.
- Demonstrated leadership in production or development programs using program management tools like EVMS, IMS, and risk management systems.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams for program execution, including coordination across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and program controls functions.
- Ability to communicate program status, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively during formal reviews with internal leadership and government customers.
- Current/active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance adjudicated within the last 5 years, with capability to obtain SCI and SAP clearances.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing algorithm development, advanced signal processing, and machine learning programs preferred.
