Preferred qualifications include an active DoD Secret clearance, experience with various contract types, navigation technology domain expertise, and knowledge of DO-178C and DO-254 standards.

What you'll do
Develop and adhere to budget baselines using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodologies.
Participate in internal Program Management Reviews, Headcount Reviews, Financial Forecast reviews, and monthly EAC submittals.
Prepare status/progress charts and briefings for customers and executive management.
Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs or subsystems throughout the lifecycle.
Lead proposal development and competitive capture strategy for U.S. Government contracts.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or advanced STEM field with 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years.
Demonstrated program management experience within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
At least one year of experience leading P&L programs and developing competitive capture strategies.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance required.
Experience in proposal development and EVMS control methodologies.
