Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of R&D programs.
Interface with internal and external customers, suppliers, and industry partners.

Lead cross-functional program teams across various functional areas.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in STEM field with 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years of experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Government RF Electronic Warfare systems.
Experience in U.S. Government proposal development and RFP analysis.
Leadership on cross-functional teams across various functional areas.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
Active/current U.S. government Secret clearance required; ability to obtain Top Secret and SAP clearances.
