- Experience leading cross-functional teams for program execution, including coordination across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and program controls functions.
- Proven ability to communicate program status, risks, and mitigation strategies during formal reviews with internal leadership and government customers.
- Active U.S. Government Secret clearance adjudicated within the last 5 years and eligibility for Special Access Programs (SAPs).
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing daily team operations and recurring joint meetings with stakeholders.
