The Program Manager (M1) for Electronic Warfare will lead the delivery of advanced RF Electronic Warfare systems within a portfolio of classified programs, reporting to the Low Band Portfolio Manager. Daily responsibilities include managing integrated program teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance targets, negotiating contracts, developing proposals, and overseeing risk management and compliance with government-supplied property requirements. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, current SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain TOP SECRET and SAP access, and prior project/program management experience on DoD or other government contracts. Preferred qualifications include strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and technical background in managing complex development projects.

What you'll do

Lead cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance targets.
Negotiate contract terms and manage scope compliance throughout the program lifecycle.
Develop proposals and lead capture efforts for follow-on business opportunities.
Identify and mitigate risks while realizing opportunities across the program.
Review and enforce Statement of Work (SOW) requirements for accuracy and adherence.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 3 years.
Current SECRET clearance, ability to obtain TOP SECRET and SAP access.
Prior project/program management on DoD or other government contracts.
Proven Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects within constraints and align cross-functional teams.
